Best Buddies provides participants with the amazing opportunity to make new friends. If you are a student or an adult with an intellectual disability, you can join our program! Adults with an Intellectual Disability
The Best Buddies program extends beyond school years. Adults with intellectual disabilities who are receiving services from one of our community partners can join a Best Buddies Chapter to be matched in a one-to-one friendship with a university or college student. Please contact Best Buddies Canada at info@bestbuddies.ca or 1-888-779-0061 to find out if you are eligible.
Agency Partnerships
Each University and College Best Buddies Chapter requires a host site. A host site is a group home, supported employment program or community association, working directly with adults with intellectual disabilities, that forms a partnership with Best Buddies to recruit and match Buddies with students.
